Seldin #23 Retractors (PEL0623D) are the optimal choice for retraction of the released soft tissue. The broad, smooth sides and tips prevent inadvertent cutting or tearing of the flap.
The 'Out' curved tip (PEL0413) is perfect for application to the facial as it enables a high angle-of-approach to the periosteum, keeping the handle away from the tissue.
